Process for obtaining the quality label and quality score
The user license for our label is annual. It is tied to the production of a Belgian product in Belgium. This product must be exported to at least one export market. Maintaining the authorisation to use the label is also tied to compliance with the Produced in Belgium certification charter.
Once our expert committee has validated the quality label, a review collection and consultation campaign with your consumers will be launched by our teams and monitored year-round with full transparency and honesty.
This consultation will be implemented and published online on your digital communication platforms, your product’s websites and on a profile page with your brand name, which will be made public on www.producedinbelgium.com/yourbrandname.
A representative total of no more than 10,000 responders over the age of 15 will participate in establishing your quality score with full transparency and honesty. Maintaining the use of the label is also tied to compliance with our Produced in Belgium certification charter.
Digital widget: your quality score is much more than just a quality label
It can be added to your website and is totally dynamic. Your quality label will be customised in real time with your quality level in stars (calculated out of five stars), your quality level as a score (out of 10), the rating consumers give you, the number of reviews, and the transparent details of all consumer reviews.
*It is based on the NPS, or Net Promoter Score, and gives fully transparent access via www.producedinbelgium.com/yourbrandname to all reviews used to establish your quality score.
Review manager
The review manager is your secure work environment in order to validate, publish and directly interact with your consumers. The review manager helps you collect, moderate and establish your consumers’ satisfaction at the quality level assigned to your Produced in Belgium quality label on the various web platforms (websites, social networks, Google).
A profile page in the name of your product/company on producedinbelgium.com
The details of all review which constitute your quality score (out of 10) will be published in full transparency and honesty on your page under your name.
